Split-System Installed in 09

We had a split system installed in the April of 09. Had to have furnace serviced for noisy access door. After being serviced the door is still a little noisy, air rushing out.

Model H4A418GKD100 In May of 09 had to have AC unit serviced for noise/rattle. After three service calls the top grill was finally replaced and noice was gone for a while and now is back.

July of '11 fins on condensor are rotting out, have call in to get serviced, hopefully this is covered under warranty.

Up to now servicing has been less than average due to the inability to get quick troubleshooting fixes. The repairs so far have not totally solved the problems.
