Poor Goodman Customer Service

I had a Goodman central ac unit on my house for 13 years. When it went out, I replaced with another Goodman unit. In slightly less than two years, that unit failed.
Both the compressor and the fan went out. While they did replace the parts, they did not replace the Freon, which was ruined due to the parts failure.
Nor did they pay for any of the labor to replace the parts or Freon. I would not have had any labor if the parts had not failed prematurely. In addition, they did not return calls promptly or seem interested in helping in general. I will never purchase another Goodman unit. Mine is a 5 ton unit, model #GSC 1AE. I am out over $600.
