How do I find out what ton size my outside unit is?

I need to find out what size unit I have bought. It's a ComfortMaker Model# AC(B or 8)036A2C1,and there is another model# below that FBA036GC1,Serial# L965060129,and a MFR# of NAC6(C or 0)36A2C1 If anyone could tell me what year,SEER rating,and what ton it is,i'd very much appreciate it.

digits 5-6 of part # give the size = 42

42/12=3.5

3.5 tons

My comfirtmake AC has the same model NO ACS036A2C1 and FBA036GC1. I guess the first No is for the compressor and the second for fan. The old dual run capacitor seems dead, but I can't find mfd, uf, and vac because it has no visible label. Any answer and comment are appreciated very much!
