Heil central ac is designed to break when warranty ends

I built a new house in 2001 and installed 2 Heil central air conditioner. At the time, they only offered a 5 year warranty. Now they offer 10 year warranties.

One central ac unit stopped working after 6 years. I have had 3 different Heil dealer technicians to fix the system and so far, not one of them can get the system to work properly. The second Ac unit recently stopped working, so now neither of the Heil air conditioning unit works.

I called and e-mailed Heil and they basically said, "tough luck, it's off warranty." I would never recommend Heil air conditioning system to anyone. Do not buy Heil!
