Great Goodman Customer Service

I'd Goodman central air conditioner installed by VacuVent of Vero Beach, Fl. The Freon leak started couple months after the installation.

After months of complaints I finally contacted the Goodman, the customer service from Delores.French@goodmanmfg.com, was awesome.

Delores went though several phone calls to VacuVent to address my concern. Finally she gave up on VacuVent and contacted another local contractor to address my problem, all paid by the Goodman. I've never ever had such service from any vendors, including from the automobile dealers.
