Gibson Ac Unit Last For 2 Days

We have had the Gibson 3 ton AC for 2 days and it has not worked since it was installed. You can't get the Freon in it and every time you try to run it, it freezes up.

I tried to contact Nordyne that makes Gibson and there is apparently no warranty for the Gibson even though the paper that came with it said there was a 5 year warranty but the paper that came with it said everything goes back to the installer.

What happened to a manufacturer backing their product? Unless Nordyne or Gibson comes thru with a new hvac unit or solution to this problem, it would be better to buy a fan than a Gibson AC. I would never buy another Gibson at this time. The dealer has not been cooperative at this point.
