Central Ac Unit Made Clicking Sound

when turned on it makes a click sound as if trying to turn on.

I heard it at the thermostat in the house. It is the sound when the a/c unit is turn on. However it does not come on.

Sometimes it used to happen that Ac unit does used to create clicking sound but if you see nowadays, it almost used to produce such like sounds in any of the unit, but central unit used to remain the same there. assignment help sydney

I'd like the answer to that as well. MY AC unit came with the new house. The house is 16 years old, but 2 days ago, I started hearing this noise? Makes me nervous - what is it? Is the Unit breaking down?but I don't even run my airconditioner half as much as other people that run it 24/7 sometimes the whole summer and they've not had problems with the same unit..

Air condition make cliking sounds before fans come on it click untill it start runing
