Mine does the same thing. I've just bought it and anytime the a/c portion kicks in the blades start to go crazy and it sounds like it's going to either explode or chop me to pieces. It's quite scary, and extremely noisy. But without the a/c, all I've got is a fan that emits heat.... please help me figure out the problem.
