Air Conditioner Buzzing Noise

Inside my upstairs apartment, I can hear the air conditioner in the downstairs apartment, and I cannot sleep.

It made my wall vibrates in both rooms and hallway, and it also have this sound through out my apartment, it goes uuhhmmm uuhhmmm with vibrations.

I don't know what the problem is! Could you please help, so I can tell these apartment people the problem ,so they can fix it. they say's everything is fine and nothing wrong..

I just move here and really like these apartment, but I can't take the buzzing and noise through my apartment

my neighbor who lives next door to us has a window AC it makes this loud buzzing moise, i can't sleep with this loud sound, this year it's has gotin' pretty loud from when it was last year.

A malfunction part is producing that sound or external part that have nothing to do with central ac unit.

I'm not sure where it coming from, but we need someone to look at it. I know for sure electricity is involve.

My AC unit in my attic is making a buzzing sound when the AC is not even on. I walked up in my attic and heard the noise. Nothing else is on. I turned on the AC and the buzzing was still there while it was on and then turned the unit off and the buzzing is still there. Any idea what this may be?

I have the same exact problem! I am also upstairs in an apartment complex. Not sure if it's my ac or downstairs. If I tell the landlord they will just say there's nothing wrong. No win situation in apartment living. This is the first time and I hope the last time living like this. I always lived in houses until I moved from NY to AZ, which I call "hell"

Sounds to me that the blower wheel (centrifugal fan blade) in the air handler is out of balance. The cure for this would be to replace the blower wheel.
